I was a track and field athlete so I was on scholarship. But by 22 I realized even if it could get me a job, it wasn’t at all worth the debt had I not been an athlete. I was in the Gym industry, then went IT... both of which had nothing to do with what I went to school for

With these responses, this seems to been highlighted. 1. Some people will never concede they got ripped off. 2. Some people speak as if all degrees are useful. 3. College, if nothing else, possibly taught them to be pretentious as they think all questions apply to them.

4. People that went to school in 50s when college cost a stick a bubble gum, thinks this applies to them. 5. People think that it’s profound to say that they majored in something useful somehow negates useless degrees. As if that ain’t the fuggin point.

Didn't go to college and didn't rack up dept. Got a union job with a pension, medical benefits, and decent salary. Loving life.
