Won’t land propulsively for those reasons. Ultra light heat shield & high Mach control surfaces are what we can’t test well without orbital entry. I think we have a handle on propulsive landings.

will this little baby BFS be praticing the flip maneuver too from belly first to tail down?

Those landing are spectacular. Nothing has ignited my imagination more since the original Star Trek.

Do you they try salvage anything if it not ridiculously destroy? Like Soyuz boosters.

The Falcon second stages all splash down in the ocean (either Indian Ocean or Pacific Ocean). SpaceX presently doesn’t attempt to recover those; exceptions are fairing parts that wash ashore.

I was thinking of that too, but it would need probably a high demand of fuel at the end of the trip which it could not be available

I don't think they plan to recover these stages. I think it's just testing for BFS entry ,a lot cheaper than testing with an actual BFS lol.
