Hot take: I think that Ana, Lucio and Moira are actually in a good spot right now if you look at them individually, but Mercy and Zen synergize so well together that they often end up being the better option, despite not being necessarily stronger individually than the others
I agree, it feels like Ana as a hero is strong and can be used in many ways but gets outshined by zen+mercy.

Yeah; I don't feel like Zen OR Mercy outshine her, but Ana + Anything else is just weaker than Zen + Mercy

Especially considering the recent changes. 14 bullets in your clip feels a lot better than I expected, and I've landed a couple of kills here and there that would have been blocked by teammates otherwise in a previous patch
