(Yes I can appeal, ofc, but I've had TERRIBLE luck with this kind of thing. My entire first channel got OBLITERATED by false flags and CG strikes taking down entire LP series and my MCN at the time did nothing about it other than saving it from termination at the very last second

The only POTENTIAL case here is that it's showing piracy - except my example is something freely uploaded by VICE for 100% free distribution, and that's not valid at all. But bet whoever reviews it will spent half a second thinking about that and reject.

I appealed back on the 1st when I got the notification. Checked today because I thought it was weird I didn't get an email (likely saying appeal rejected) about it yet. Appeal hadn't even been filed as far as YT was concerned. So dumb. Had to re-appeal.
