I'm assuming it takes the system about 15 hours to show me its flagged but I think it's flagged out of the gate. Which in turn is killing my video performance.

@TeamYouTube every video I put out, regardless of what it is or how innocent or clean it may be, after about 15 hours gets flagged. What gives? Don't reply with a blanket general statement please.
