at that age considering the aoc in your area, it really comes down to whether or not he was taking advantage of his power over you because of his position in the community, verses with zacks case it comes down to taking advantage and the legality, but yeah it's possible..
I have an experience sort of like Zack's where I initiated, but I was 17 at the time 
Idk, I feel like if I say anything, no one will listen, and also, I still kind of like the person and don't want to get him canceled, which I'm sure it would do if this got traction.
