we the creators shouldn't have to deal with that. until their system works, which it never will 100% let's be honest, they need to hire more people to manually check these cases, especially when a community strike is being given out

...so sorry if you don’t like the a fucking automatic system is scanning hundreds of hours of videos every second. And god forbid you get a community strike and have to respond to it (which youtube makes easy in the CS).

If you don’t like it, you are free to move to another platform. YouTube really owes you nothing. Nothing will ever be 100% perfect. Problems will always happen. The amount of people they would have to hire to manual do this would be unreasonable and then...

...once a certain amount of people start manually approving videos, YouTube will be legally considered a “publisher” which puts them in a legal hot bed of “oh fucking shit” and YouTube as a platform becomes much, much more restrictive so YouTube can protect themselves...
