Is it plausible to think a postcapitalist world would be MORE atomized than the present?
Some strands of the revolutionary left certainly WANT that. I'm asking if its plausible. Seems to me the abstractifying powers of the market are a powerful vector for atomization; in a postcapitalist world, what other force for atomization picks up the slack?
