With the addition of new 100,000 tons PVC III Plant, inaugurated by PM , Engro Polymer & Chemicals will now contribute around $240 million towards import substitution per annum, and fulfill export orders as well.

Allah may have mercy on Engro that have availed US $ 50 million foreign currency loan from IFC. Beside payment of high mark up ,exchange loss will be burden on the company. One wonders how many borrower of IFC are satisfied customers.
