  10. This is a pretty big deal bc China committed under Phase One to buy $52 billion in US energy products in 2020 & 2021. Chinese firms have to purchase these products regardless of tariffs, so China reducing the tariff on crude oil will make purchasing crude less expensive

    So the JTC recommendation for the ministers is a 600k cut which will be reviewed again in June. This option suggests that they are looking at one of the "extreme" cases of the virus's impact on demand
