Living in Israel has exposed me to so many more cultures & peoples than I could have seen living in the US. From foods, to languages, to customs, living here means I meet Russian, Ethiopian, Moroccan, Arab, Chinese, Indian, French, Algerian, & so many more all here in one place

When hit the fan! “It was not long until women in full-on niqabs starting appearing with stories of horror and despair. Telling of violence, imprisonment, and even death should they remove their head-to-toe garb.”

Oh my fucking god I am so glad women tweeting this crap include where they are from. Most of them immigrants in Western countries and a few Asian countries.

Choice means you can decide to put it on or take it off as you please. Nothing about the hijab is a choice. It is put on us at a young age and this is just a glimpse of what can happen if we decide to take it off as adults. NOT

I think lots of people who use hashtag think that god gives them "choice" between heaven or hell. If women wear hijab means they choose heaven. If women do not wear hijab means they choose hell. And I support for women's freedom.

My mother threatened my life and disowned me when I removed my hijab. Ive had no contact w her for ~15 yrs. That’s how much it means to the ummah for a woman to wear a cloth on her head. If she chooses to take it off, she will be made to pay the price. How is anyone ?

Jeremy Corbyn cannot be expected to condemn every holocaust denier and terrorist he shares a platform with. But he did manage to condemn the real villains - the people of Milton Keynes. Always on the right side of history.

Chuffing hell this must be the hot favourite for the 'Most Ironic' tweet of the century. Did you enjoy your Loch Fyne trip? How's your apartment near London Bridge? And this when you spent £10,000 on luxury hotels for eight Labour MPs at the party’s annual conference
