I don’t think cancel culture is recent whatsoever. I think it’s actually almost lost already. When you don’t have the media narrative you are completely out gunned in a nationally conversation. There still is a fight to be had but only in a larger context about culture.
It is said that politics is downstream from culture. This is why the recent trend of "cancel culture" is so dangerous. When free speech is stifled, the mob rules, and freedom is extinguished. We must vigorously defend our freedoms or else we will lose our American character. #1A
