As elites openly toy with a war with Iran, a country 4x the size of Iraq, remember that our troops are largely comprised of low-income young people just trying to get an education, have a steady job & serve their country. Supporting them means not sending them to die needlessly.

If we need war, we need a universal draft . Not having that alows rich people to not care about about war as their kids and kin dont fight it. Thats why they created the poverty draft.

Or maybe the military draft should be means tested, with the most wealthy - those benefiting the most from US policies - going first.
