    Morafka's Frog (Odorrana morafkai), from SE Asia, exhibits some incredible sexual size dimorphism, with females much larger than males! Yep, that's the male on top of the female (in amplexus, the mating position). Happy !

    Our paper on roadside and how it captures particulate matter got a tiny mention in the New Scientist this month - it captured more by dry weight than a common native tree, but was increasingly stressed as sites got more .

    Happy ! September 7 each year is all about raising awareness of plants and animals at risk of extinction. In the frog world the Southern Corroboree Frog (Pseudophryne corroboree) is on the brink and a special thanks to the people working hard to prevent this!
