Mmmm not sure but if my designers showed up in fancy outfits I’d also wonder what was happening haha. So I’m part of the problem
But I feel like they dress smart which is nice!

In my office they relaxed the dress code a few years back and now if you wear shirt and tie or suit people assume you have a job interview or a funeral!
