‼️Wake Up Those Hips‼️▪️3 Rounds ▪️Take it slow, make sure that your focus is to keep both glutes on the ground throughout. ▪️Breathe into the stretch, exhaling on the effort. ▪️Stay long through the spine, maintaining a proud chest.

"Apps are increasingly becoming thin wrappers around use cases, not weighty shells around brands The model shifts from “Pipeline” to “Platform,” and the mental model of a request/response lifecycle becomes more useful than that of a value chain.”

Yang is one of the more interesting political figures to have emerged from the current wacky American political scene. To me, his unfiltered candor and earnestness seems a galaxy apart from our current cadre of professional bullshitters. As apparently comes out in his book...

Had a chat with today about writer's block, and he said this thing that stuck with me: "You don't have to believe the voice in your head that's saying 'I have nothing interesting to say.' Learning to turn down the volume on that voice and just get started is key."

"Looking like you're being productive is often a better strategy than actually being productive. That's why extroverts without conviction, many of whom spend more time networking than executing, rise to the top of the corporate hierarchy." ~

Its almost December!! What are your #2020 resolutions? I'm choosing 4 "habits" to create "intentional" routines for: - Journalling = self-assessment (daily) - Self-care = fitness (daily) - Creating = code or content (weekly) - Communicating = ideas, plans, outcomes (weekly) 🤞🏽

“You’re probably right” is becoming one of my favorite phrases. Whenever someone disagrees with you on a small matter (read: most things), you can just shrug, say “you’re probably right” and move on. Not caring about winning trivial arguments saves so much time and energy.
