Journalists - who's been the target of abusive legal threats?
Quote Tweet
We are currently investigating a number of cases where law firms might have been involved in abusive litigation, including SLAPPs. If you think you might have been targeted by potential abusive litigation you should read our advice on this. bit.ly/3YdLwhF
SLAPPs and abusive litigation
Solicitors should not get involved in abusive litigation on behalf of their clients - including strategic lawsuits against public participation (SLAPPs). We want those who believe they have been a target of a SLAPP to report it to us.

Blimey. The president of the family division called the education secretary to court. She refused to come. Shocking. Thanks, , for reporting on this

An utterly devastating and shaming judgment from the President of the family division on the dire plight of our most vulnerable and disturbed children, who need a secure placement, put simply, to save their lives. There aren't nearly enough. And the government doesn't care.
