There is a simple solution. Crypto investors will never sell to buy dollars. They will transact using crypto, across the world, many apps support that now. The government will lose this battle if they even try.

That's fine, all we need to do is to crash the market for crypto. Which will happen 100% if we do this. I prefer a total ban and criminalization, but I'm okay with starting with the mild medicine of an 80% tax.
