Tomorrow, counsel in Sines v. Kessler will meet to go over what looks like 5 motions in the case. I'll recap them here.

With a lunch break in between, that's a good half a day burnt, not counting time spent by the judge reviewing necessary case law, etc. But as timed, that's 3 hours and 20 minutes of argument. It is entirely possible that some defendants get the case dismissed.

What's being argued here is whether there is sufficient *legal* basis for the claims to move forward. It's not really about the facts of the case so much at this point.

This also means that Richard Spencer and Mike Enoch will be bumping around Charlottesville tomorrow, but I don't expect there'll be any trouble.
