The two motions by the big group of defendants (and Nationalist Front) are two motions but it's all the same counsel, so that's why this is broken down like this. So we'll likely hear 30 + 30 + 20 + 20 for arguments, then 1 hour for opposition, then 10 * 4 for rebuttal.pic.twitter.com/5tFKaPshZi

With a lunch break in between, that's a good half a day burnt, not counting time spent by the judge reviewing necessary case law, etc. But as timed, that's 3 hours and 20 minutes of argument. It is entirely possible that some defendants get the case dismissed.

What's being argued here is whether there is sufficient *legal* basis for the claims to move forward. It's not really about the facts of the case so much at this point.

This also means that Richard Spencer and Mike Enoch will be bumping around Charlottesville tomorrow, but I don't expect there'll be any trouble.
