i think you’re thinking of an enchilada

An enchilada is not a burrito
-
A burrito comes in foil, not sauce

maybe I'm terribly misinformed, but I've always believed that the reason a burrito is one is that it's wrapped and closed at both ends. so then a cannoli would be more like a taquito?

-
Cannoli equals taquito.
