So in short, you cannot implicit bias train your way out of bigotry, hiring discrimination, workplace harassment, or any other matters. You have to actively seek to change your culture through representation and--to use a loaded phrase--affirmative action.

Obviously it isn’t very scientific, but I have been scoring better every year on implicit association test (and my awareness of privilege) after exposing myself to URM in both RL and on Twitter. But it has been a 3 year undertaking so far yes. And never finished.
