Implicit bias training does two things: it makes you aware it exists and it makes you aware you have it. It hasn't been shown to unlearn that bias.

In fact, there are very few axes along which implicit bias has shown any long-term reduction: that of gay acceptance. It is likely that such bias are deeply influenced by cultural experiences.

So in short, you cannot implicit bias train your way out of bigotry, hiring discrimination, workplace harassment, or any other matters. You have to actively seek to change your culture through representation and--to use a loaded phrase--affirmative action.
