There is literally nothing more pointless or fruitless than going on and on about what the Constitution says about war powers. It hasn't been relevant in 15 years. Neither Obama nor Bush were hindered by it. It's not going to start being relevant now.
Again, this has been the case for almost 20 years and we're suddenly worried about it now? It's the Constitution that needs an overhaul, because we have already debased the document so badly that we led ourselves here.

No. Addressing in within the same framework that has been corrupted is pointless. The Constitution is corrupt; the corrupted Constitution cannot remove the corruption.
