Of course, there are exceptions and certain various conditions and subtleties. But you cannot put the CEO of Facebook in prison if they ban you because of harassment, no matter how hard you try.

There are certain laws about other depriving you of rights and privileges as afforded by law. But those are statutes written into federal and state codes, not the First Amendment!
