Do you remember when I doxxed a Nazi using a photo of his bumper? Well, I have some updates.https://twitter.com/EmilyGorcenski/status/963840072616472577 …

Meanwhile, browsing my photos of Charlottesville in August, I have found pictures of his vehicle. I can't post them yet for legal reasons but as soon as I can I will.

So, Andrew M. Blair of Kearneysville, WV, I have photos of the truck you wanted to murder me with and photos of you meeting with Patriot Front members. This isn't a threat. I'm not trying to intimidate you. I don't want you to do anything or to prevent you from doing anything.

I just want you to know that the evidence is building.

Oh yeah, one more thing. By placing you where I placed you and with whom, the evidence grows not just against you, but against those who conspired against me and my community.

Doxing is a dick move. If you're in support or actually assist in the practice, you have as little moral high-ground as your purportedly evil target. Shame on you.
-
If you see moral equivalence between Emily taking steps to defend herself against someone who used transphobic slurs against her and bragged about his car as a murder weapon to use against trans people in a thread where vehicular murder was threatened specifically against her…
-
then you have neither morals nor any understanding of them, and should stay away from discussing the subject.
-
You've accurately stated your case as to why you also should stay away from this subject. You're happy for an individual to receive 'social justice'. Do you care for no law at all?
-
You’ve apparently not even bothered to click through one tweet, much less familiarize yourself with the very real reasons Emily has to take active defensive measures against nazis. Maybe you should do those things. Quietly would be preferable.
-
Condescend much? Emily has proven herself to be immoral. On a public-access platform I'm free to highlight that. She felt free to highlight the apparent monster of a Nazi dude. You're deluded if you think Emily's immoral and irresponsible actions cannot be criticised.
-
No, you've proven your moral judgment to be entirely without value. Emily was explicit why she published this guy's name (but withheld his address): he was fantasizing acts of extreme violence against trans people, so that community needed to defend itself.
-
I mean FFS, if he'd told a psychiatrist or lawyer what he said in Discord, especially directed as it was against a particular person, they'd have a duty to report transcending the usual privacy obligation that applies to such situations, but NOT to Emily.
