On recess from Jason Kessler's perjury trial. The whole morning was spent dealing with motions and jury selection.

I had to leave to run a personal errand but Kessler's case was dismissed because the CA failed to establish venue. The jury looked ready to convict, too.

When I was a defendant, jury selection was the whole first day, and we only needed eight people (six plus two alternates). I got to listen in on all the questioning and take notes, which was interesting, but it was boring as hell for spectators.
