        According to road law, if an object is moving in the roadway and it hits someone, it's the owner's fault. I can see how owners of autonomous vehicles would like for this not to be the case, but it is.

        The woman wasn’t in the crosswalk. I know in LA, if you get hit (and don’t die) outside of a crosswalk, yypull get a citation, not the driver.
