Is that a smart person way of saying get off they ass and do shit

Not everyone can do that though. Not everyone has the time or more importantly, the money to get involved.
-
That seems like kind of a copout, if you got time to argue theory on Twitter you got time to do something useful. Plenty of ways to help out for free, spend too much time on theory and you end up another wrecker listing reasons no one should do anything
-
Nothing is every really trully free, it requires time, effort and commitment that many people do not have while they're juggling real life obligations. Actually comitting yourself full time to activism will also undoubtedly cost money and there's no going around that.
-
I'm poor, unemployed and extremely mentally unwell. I can't comit myself to activism and more than likely i'll spend my life woring minimum wage to afford the costs of living as a mentally ill trans woman.
-
You can't get involved, that's fine, there are barriers to entry. Just don't spend all your time talking bout what we should do because criticism and theory without real action to guide it is worth than useless
-
Mhm, yeah, that's fair. It's not that someone can't have some good insight but on-the-ground experience does count for a lot.
