Jason Kessler thinks that "it was just bros talking online" will be a defense but these chatlogs show he was actively participating himself in these discussions.

I don't think that Ms. Kaplan particularly cares if Jason is a free speech absolutist or not. Being a free speech absolutist doesn't mean you get to violate others' covil rights.

In this Gab post, Kessler just straight up openly admits to saying violence is justified for the abstract idea of "fighting for the liberty and sovereignty of your people." In doing so he basically admits to supporting violence beyond the legal scope of self-defense.pic.twitter.com/hoE56UMQTp
