A few weeks ago, I asked why teachers weren't striking like the students were. Several people told me it was illegal so it'd never happen. Now: an "illegal" strike in WV, and a planned strike in OK, where it is "illegal" to plan such an action.
You're being extremely pedantic about something that has literally no bearing on this discussion.

You brought up the WV and possible OK strikes, which are labor disputes. Not the same as political protests.

My original question was about a labor dispute, specifically worker safety. But you haven't stated a basis about why the distinction matters at all.

It's called contract negotiation by unions and management and it's a process.
