Here's Boogie's crude impersonation of a black person the night he ranted at me for 3 hours in DMs about how racism doesn't matter so who cares:https://twitter.com/FlyingOverTr0ut/status/951949287977603072?s=19 …

And he's a "nice" guy. Uh huh.

Read his unsolicited 3 hour rant at me about how racism doesn't matter that he gave earlier that same dayhttps://imgur.com/a/8s9x2

Jesus fucking Christ. I was right. Typical mealy-mouthed Gator, supporting the alt-right by proxy.

"THERE'S NOTHING LEFT FOR ME TO LEARN." Except who Aurini is. Except who Sargon stans for, not-so-secretly. Except for who Trump supports and what he's for and what his followers want to do to people. What an absolute fuckstain. Thank you for this; I'm saving it for future ref

He appeared on a Sargon livestream shortly before he went on these tirades. Look at what he said about Sargon again in his messages to me.

Yeap. They don't actually care about injustice. They care about injustice when it targets them.
-
-
Gamers who claim that they care about injustice will only speak out against injustice when specifically targeted by it. it's not a concept that is so difficult to understand that it needs a gif
-
Gamers acting incredulous. "what harassment? What are you talking aboooout"

Isn't it weird how people only show up for things they care about? Its soooo weird they don't show up for things they don't...
-
this is a colossal self-own
-
Yep. though the point i am making is still valid. using the label gamers makes no difference, as any group of people will always show up to what they care about. It's part of human nature.
-
The dolphin is correct. You're implying that gamers come from backgrounds not endangered by anything in the political trends until the president talked about games.pic.twitter.com/oMCFFePEdJ
-
I am not implying anything. I am literally saying that all people, regardless of being gamers, are more prone to causes they feel personally attached to. And
@EmilyGorcenski idea that this somehow makes them less likely to care about justice is downright dumb. -
Then you've misunderstood the actual criticism behind Emily's tweet and should give it some more thought.
-
her initial criticism about how gamers do not care about actual justice is what i am responding to.
-
her reaction to group an entire category of people and say all of them adhere to a bad behavior because of the response of some is honestly annoying and a foolish way to look at things.

You shouldn’t make that generalization based solely from your standpoint. I for one am and know several that are involved politically but the thing is it’s usually a very vocal minority that get the attention.
-
Just a thought: spend more time running interference on your more unsightly fellow gamers, instead of talking over the people they harass. Then perhaps you'll be part of a solution, not backup for them. Worry about the problem, not the image.
