If one has a right to speak in private mall in CA, not sure why Twitter in better legal position.
Wikipedia suggests Pruneyard is limited to trespass laws. One can't trespass on Twitter. Limiting to trespass laws (aka physical locations) seems unprincipled. Still, Rose Bird hasn't been on CA Supreme Court for long time now. No one expanding on doctrine for her.
