I am... unsurprised Randazza took this up. He knows those aren't correct free speech arguments, so I can only conclude his less-than-savory friendships are the reason.
-
He's biting off more than he can chew going after internet companies in internet space. Watch how fast FB and Google and Apple back Twitter here if they need to.
-
Randazza may know 1A issues but it is clear he does not know the internet. Many better lawyers have had this ships wrecked along these shoals.
-
Thing is, he does know the internet. S'where he started, with porn pirating infringement. He was all over it then. But over the years, he's met a lot of WNs defending 1A... I frankly think he's always been stealth WN.
-
God a lot has changed in those times

I do think Randazza knows he will lose this one. Just as he actively helps Anglin from being served.
