Before Charlottesville, I was one of the most targeted people by the Nazis, to the point where they literally plotted my murder. Unarmed on A11, I was attacked and gassed by a crowd that outnumbered us 10:1. On the 12th, I had to carry arms for defense.

I do not support measures that result in more gun imbalance in the favor of white supremacists.

Why would you ban .223 and 5.56? That doesn't make sense to me.
-
They are high-power, low-cost rounds. Removing these from civilian use would be a big step.
-
Sure, there are other rounds out there. But the ones with the damage power of .223/5.56 are nowhere near as ubiquitous, and the rounds that are as ubiquitous are nowhere near as damaging. Plus, it would effective neutralize all of the AR-15s out there.
-
This shit will get people killed. And the most vulnerable people at that.

I've never heard of banning .223/5.56 - honest question: what would that hope to accomplish? I'd just go out and get a .300 Blackout upper. More recoil, but more damage, too.

or at least have SOME restrictions. I Canada anyone over 18 can get a gun. They just need to do a 2 day training class, get vetted by the RCMP (like your ATF). Also keep in mind that the egregiousness of current gun laws are due to the hostile take over of the NRA in '77
