The trick (and it shouldn't even be a trick): 1. Have milk steamed FIRST. 2. Syrup in the bottom of the cup, shots directly on top then swizzle until the hot espresso melts and mixes with the syrup. 3. Pour steamed milk with no foam on top, let gravity do the rest of the work.
