I just gotta say that Spencer and Enoch both basically wrote the same motion to dismiss in the Sines v. Kessler case and in both cases it is an overly-long, rambling mess.

He tries to play this off as being no big deal, because according to his argument, nothing happened because the violent mob didn't engage in "brutal assault." This motion willfully ignores that multiple assaults were captured on video and that two people SO FAR have been arrested as a result (one had charges dismissed).
