Chapman isn't named as a Defendant in the Sines v. Kessler suit. However, "Fraternal Order of the Alt-Knights" is. And he's named as the responsible party.

He was, as a result, served. He filed a motion to dismiss, a declaration in support of that motion, and a brief. They're short documents. I could post screenshots but I don't actually want to dox him.

But he filed this himself, not through a lawyer licensed to practice in Virginia. He's asked for some more time to find one because his first choice fell through.

The judge was having none of this. He's been granted three weeks from the end of January to find appropriate representation lest a default judgment be issued.pic.twitter.com/Uv2MKQw0AP

He's not the only one having trouble finding representation. The Loyal White Knights got smacked down for the same reason: Amanda Barker is not an attorney and cannot represent an organization in Virginia.pic.twitter.com/QgepOP3T1v

So here's the thing. Richard Spencer can't find a lawyer. The KKK can't find a lawyer. FOAK c/o Based Stickman can't find a lawyer. THEN WHY THE FUCK DID THE CITY ISSUE THE PERMITS IN THE FIRST PLACE?!

All these groups and individuals and it seems like half of them can't find representation. All of this could have been avoided.
