      I’ve already managed to have a couple of very gentle hands-free orgasms, one in the first day and one just now. I can still squeeze my prostate and clenching around the packing and the root of my clit both feel amazing. I feel more sexually whole than I ever have before.

      Looking down and seeing nothing in the way is a delight every single time. This is by far the best decision I’ve ever made.

      I just got pretty high and my pain went down to zero, so I decided to explore. I clenched and stroked until I could map adjacent parts: the crease of each thigh to its attendant labium; the clit through the slit, where they met in friction with the vacuum packing;

      where jostling the catheter taught me my urethra sat in relation to its sibling parts; the one spot on the outside of the vacuum pump, that if pushed gently, would fuck me with my own vaginal packing.

      Unsurprisingly, I began to cum. Hard. And a little louder than I should have. Several times, until by the end I felt more in my body than I ever had before, a wholeness of connection I couldn’t have imagined was possible. I feel so complete. At last.

      Be careful. Things are still healing. There are clots you don't want to dislodge. The bandages should be off soon.

      I was, of course, being extremely gentle. Somewhat gentler than what I put myself through merely walking, for instance.

      Good. <3 I figured, but I'm a worrier. :-) I was so happy to have the catheter out. How long until they teach you dilation?

      Wooo! You get it all done at once? For us it was bandage one day, packing the next, catheter the next after that. Bandages off, but packing in was the most uncomfortable.

          I imagine it will be very like but also very unlike feeling someone pull out?

          It's like. um. someone pulling endless gauze out. There's like... a fucking lot. And it feels like tumbling. It's not painful, but it's uncanny and I've never felt anything like it.

          Oh, my packing was mostly a solid piece, like a dilator, but a weird shape.

          Mine was a lot of gauze. It was seriously like when a magician pulls a ribbon out of a hat.

          Mine feels QUITE solid, at least at the moment. I’m eager to see it!

          Yeah, they held mine up after asking if I wanted to see it. I think it was thicker than my biggest dilator.

          The dilators underwhelmed me. 1.5 inches? What is this bullshit? Gimme them 4-inch plastic dongs, I’ll show you what I’m made of!
