Sanitation work is, iirc, the 5th most dangerous job in the country. The employer seems to be punting responsibility back to the community. And we're not gonnna have a discussion about how fucked up that is?

Altho I agree with you in concept, it is extremely difficult to be a responsible employer in the small business world of the USA. Those are the sorts of laws and incentives that would have a watershed effect on our country.
