I want to say more on this. I don't think Chelsea is lying here. I do have at least a little bit of trust for other radical leftists, even if it's constantly shaken. But despite that i seriously cannot see her actions as positive. https://twitter.com/MusketAnna/status/956293900989288448 …

I don't think they 'don't believe' in anything that they're saying. Personally i find it dangerous to assume that. The major peddlers like Milo, Alex Jones, Cernovich, all of them have DECADES of very earnestly peddling far-right propaganda.
-
Milo doesn't have decades of anything, but these people are out for power and money. And they happen to be living in an era where peddling that hate is also extremely profitable. I am not saying they're secretly good people, I'm saying their first motive is not ideology.

A lot of investigations into far-right subsets always dug out that the rot is more than just skin deep, it goes into the bone.

If I could have gotten someone into an alt-right dinner party leading up to UTR I absolutely fucking would have. Without a goddamn second's hesitation.
-
I understand that, i don't think that's inherently a bad thing, but would that someone be someone they can recognise or some unassuming nobody?
-
The more famous, the more personable, the better.
-
How so? From reading about infiltration of far-right groups, the most success was had by people who could pass of as being earnest believers.
-
Far right grassroots groups are different than new-media spaces and millionaire dinner parties.
-
Ah, i see your point then.
-
Like, a Nazi is a Nazi but there are key differences that are important and relevant
