The public version of Damore's memo -- the one that was super-sexist and low-key white supremacist -- was the product of MANY EDITS. Oh gods I hope the changelog makes the court filings. Let's see how Nazi this started out as,pic.twitter.com/HlYExZGFPu
Ah yes, the international hyper-mega conglomerate, truly Antifa's greatest ally. (legal disclaimer: Antifa is not an organization, it is an adjective)pic.twitter.com/8KHPOUPDi0
This lawsuit, btw, is basically a huge fucking doxxing.

The lawsuit claims that there's no space for traditional cis-hetero roles... by citing a plethora of examples where traditional cis-hetero roles are assumed fair game.pic.twitter.com/K4qir8nkMy
Ah yes, the real discrimination: asking for one extremely recently, highly specific metaphor that doesn't even make sense to be replaced with more specific and domain-relevant language.pic.twitter.com/gboNf3hVuB
This lawsuit is about one thing: whether the anti-subordination language of modern social justice work is at odds with facially-neutral anti-discrimination policy.
At one point he cites a post where someone uses the Nazi-favorite phrasing "degenerate" to describe queer lifestyles as an of behavior that he is under attack for. In other words, he's claiming offense when supporting the same words used to offend those not like himself.
This is typical behavior: being unable to wither the accusations you yourself hurl.
Without a doubt, many of the examples presented as evidence of discrimination would themselves be used as evidence of bias against minority candidates.
Insinuating that a Muslim coworker is a terrorist would not be the mildest thing used to prove discriminatory practice.
