I'm not a doctor and even if I was, I obviously haven't seen him in person to diagnose. But the man has unilateral access to the most powerful nuclear arsenal on earth and an extremely obvious decrease in vocabulary and ease of speech over the last 2 decades.

Even discounting that, and that his father passed from Alzheimer's, he's the foremost factor in deciding who we bomb and if we go to war. I just don't see how ignoring his potential impairments serves the public-- or the disabled.

Any military officer goes through psychological profile tests. Also intelligence tests. So should the Commander-in-Chief. The Constitution was written before either IQ or Stanford-Benet or nuclear weapons were invented. We need an update to nuclear command policy.
