Next we see the implication that GamerGate was just a "hashtag." This is a common argument you see a posteriori. It's an attempt to minimize one's wrongdoing by retroactively erasing the very real movement the hashtag represented.

Then we have "you people." This is an us vs. them phrasing, common among racists and bigots of other axes. It's an othering technique, with the implication that the other holds a place of lesser objectivity.

"Nuts," of course, is an assignment of mental instability. The insinuation is that our perceptions can't be true because we are innately incapable of seeing the proper objective truth.

And finally we have "let it go." This places responsibility of corrective and restorative action on those who were wronged, not those who did the wrong. It inverts responsibility of moving forward with the implication that the inversion of responsibility must also extend backward

In short, the only thing impressive about this tiny tweet is how deftly it manages to pack abuse mechanisms into just a few characters. This is the MO of abusers. It's a shotgun approach, hoping one won't get noticed, or that we'll be overwhelmed by it.
