Cantwell's bond denial was based on three charges. Since two have been dropped and the remaining charge isn't a presumption offense, he has the right to re-appeal.

However, the arguments used for the first denial ars still valid: he has no ties to the community, he bragged about the offense, he boasted about committing more violence, and has used derogatory language towards his victims.

The question is not whether what he did was a crime. It's been decided that that is a jury question.

In the meanwhile, literally nobody is happy about the independent review. The cops and city officials are livid. Activists are infuriated that our efforts were still ignored, called "noise."
