Murder, conspiracy, and terrorism, I expect. OP is assuming that anti-racists are the subject of the investigation, not witnesses. That's probably an error.

OP isn't assuming that. But grand juries can be very far reaching and you can't limit testimony to "I was hurt in this attack." They can use victims to try to come after counter-protest organozers.

Organizers, even, but I like the sound of organozers.

The facts are posted above. The rest, being what charges are being sought, who they hope to charge, or what the GJ is hoping to accomplish, would all be speculation. Speculating is dangerous. So is blindly complying with feds.

IMO "Get an attorney" is good advice but tweeting "Don't snitch" is... I'll advised.

While I appreciate this sentiment, the reality is that many people may have no other option if it means access to necessary funds to survive, care for children, etc. The world is highly complex.

A victim of an attack can be knocked unconscious, brought to the hospital, and subsequently subpoenaed. That person may have kids that would end up in foster care if they end up in the system.

It's not up to others to make that value judgment. It's up to them. My responsibility as a community member is to give the most accurate info so they can make that decision on their own.
