You think this is the only photo I have of her strapped????
I'm stating a matter of factual record. You can't say someone who may have slapped a phone justified a chemical attack many minutes later by a superior force who trapped innocent people.
-
-
Innocent people being trapped by aggressive, violent people with superior numbers and torches make a legitimate 3rd party self-defense argument. The converse is not true.
-
Also go and tell court how scared you were of these violent people but you stalk them regularly. Starting with Chris at Walmart. You weren't even by that statue you followed the entire march.
-
You're flailing around like a drowning person. Because you know you're going to lose lololol.
-
I'm not flailing at all. I keep making the same factual statements I've been making for 3 months.
-
Smarter move would be to stop being so damn loyal to the organization that's not an organization, so it's claimed and say 'hey I am only responsible for my actions, I'm unsure of what others did and maybe I should look in to that some more'

-
An even smarter move would be to not be a nazi that supports unarmed students being injured for peacefully exercising their constitutional rights.
-
But the right were just peacefully exercising their rights till you and your group engaged them.
-
> you engaged them we got surrounded

Antifa was spraying too, good luck proving where your overspray came from. You don't just get to prosecute people Bc you don't like their ideologies. Doesn't work like that. Won't look good in court either.
-
I'm not prosecuting anyone for their ideologies. I have already proven probable cause that I was injured by Mr. Cantwell's pepper spray.
-
Yeah, that little checklist? If for one second you believed you got overspray from an Antifa there would be charges. Bc they aren't Nazis. It's not about the spray it's about the beliefs. We all know that.
