My statement was, verbatim, "the overspray from the agent affected me directly." What I said in court was precisely that. The judge dismissed a lesser charge (Class 6) in favor of a stronger charge (Class 3).

I guess I should clarify that I received my degree before universities had safe spaces and handed out degrees to avoid hurting the feelings of people that wouldn’t otherwise be able to achieve higher education.
