



We got fortunate in Houston. Local chapter took donations and distributed. At least I can feel ok that I donated.

i think a big thing about this is that the PR on waiting on this is less bad than the PR on waiting for disaster relief funds

and so theres less pressure and less action, and thats depressing

having legal council and an NPC thats more transparent and fast acting, tho, would be good or they'll keep using NGOs

and as everyone knows, NGOs are a better way to lose 10-25% of the money way faster than theft, just to admin overhead/etc

its not this bad for all of them but so many of them w/in capitalism are :\
