Emily, in 2004 I was indicted by the DOJ on conspiracy charges related to demonstrations across the US wherein property damage happened. I'm shocked that the 'Brandenburg v. Ohio' test can't render charges outlining the intent of groups/people organizing these violent events. 1/2
